RETURNS

It is possible to return your item (s) within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since you received the products, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our website. They must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if they do not match our returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN?

Step 1: Inform us at panache.sunglasses@gmail.com

Step 2: Print your return label and attach it to the package

Step 3: Send the package to the following address: 

SHIPPING COSTS

Returns must be sent with a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for the shipping and the shipping costs for returning your item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be deposited into your account within 3-7 business days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to panache.sunglasses@gmail.com. If you want to exchange it for a different size, color, etc., you must follow the return process described above and re-order the desired product yourself.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER / WRONG ADDRESS

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing of our suppliers. If you have a question you can always contact panache.sunglasses@gmail.com

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund if officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't received a refund yet, please contact us at panache.sunglasses@gmail.com
